After 30 years of maintaining a full-sized law office with a staff of up to 35 people, we have made the bold and strategic decision to rely primarily on internet communications in transmitting documents and asset protection services to our worldwide clientele of Texas property owners and investors.

Our office at 363 N. Beltway 8 on Houston´s north side is now closed. Mr. Willis and an assistant have transitioned to a smaller office in The Woodlands that focuses on meeting exploding online demand rather than meeting individual clients one at a time. This new location is less a meeting place than a word-processing facility where we prepare documents and asset protection materials and then transmit/ship them to clients from Singapore to San Antonio to Spain. We are leaving the traditional law office format behind in favor of our new online niche – and frankly, we are swamped with work. The result is that we can no longer accommodate requests for in-person initial consultations.
